		<title>Kwadakadaka Project</title>
		<description><![CDATA[The Kwadakadaka Project is in communal land under Inkosi M.W Qwabe in the Glendale Valley area under the Maphumulo Municipality of Ilembe District.  The project benefits from the irrigation scheme resuscitated by the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform’s Recapitalisation and Development Programme (RADP).  There are 155 growers involved in the scheme and they are keen to return the fields of sugar cane.]]></description>

Flowing from the challenges the Premier undertook to build the state of the art multi-purpose boarding school to mitigate the overall challenges of schooling in the area.]]></description>

		<title>Mansomini Project</title>
		<description><![CDATA[The Mansomini project is located in the Maphumulo Municipality and Ilembe Magisterial District.  The area is under Inkosi Qwabe who is a legitimate tribal authority in the area.  When the project was formed in 1984, it was established as a scheme where only 72 hectares of Sugar cane was planted.  The scheme consisted of a number of community members and employed a handful of local community members.]]></description>
